We cannot do a crime to ourselves
Prohibition of drugs doesn't make sense because we have a right to do harm to ourselves. The state has no authority to protect us from ourselves... it only has authority to prevent crimes committed against another person. We cannot do a crime to ourselves... crimes involve more than one person so we can say that prohibition is an invalid use of government force and as a consequence is a crime itself. Prohibition is a crime because we cannot do a crime to ourselves... crimes must have a victim which is not ourselves. Harm done to ourself is never a crime.
