No action can be justified because, to do so would require an accepted understanding of certain (particular) concepts which can never be reliableJustifications rely on thought which in turn relies on an idea which rests on certain concepts... but always when a concept is examined it amounts to nothing. Ideas have within them definitions which can always be questioned. There is no ultimate truth... Each definition rests on a more general definition.
Since in the end no concept will have a meaningful definition any justification of an action rests on nothing.
