No action can be justified... So what actions to perform and is there objective morality?
If you want to do it* and there is no significant reason not to, then your actions are not immoral. So our actions are (or should) be optimised to avoid harm... If we perceive harm in the outcomes of our actions we "should" avoid doing them, to the extent that it is feasible for us to do so. Every action can be said to be immoral in some way so we must do the least (and achieve the most?) that we can.
*We "decide" what to do against (between and among) competing desires...
