No one has a right to be a prohibitionist

Drugs are not owned by the state. The state has no right to prevent people taking drugs if they want. We have a right to use drugs just as much as the state has a right to deny them to us. Prohibition is authoritarian since the state is making a decision on our behalf about something in nature. We have a right to use drugs.
