Life is slavery

There are strong similarities between having a job in the conventional sense and being a slave. A slave must follow directions or face the consequences (which can be very severe) and an employee must too follow orders to avoid being unpaid. Not being paid is not the same as being punished for not working (which is a crime... it is not a crime not to pay people) but in the sense that we must follow orders the two are the same. It is a crime to own slaves but when we employ someone we are getting them to do something they would not otherwise do in return for our money. The employee is choosing to be a - kind of - slave so that they stay alive. We are a salve to nature in the sense that if we do nothing and do not work then we will starve.
