Definition of a psychopath

As well as time-wasters (someone who is a problem because they do not realise something) arrogant people (those who hold false claims) and those which are insane (denialists) there is another category of irritating person... this person is the psychopath and is inclined to crime. The reason the psychopath is often criminal is that they do not see something which they are required to if they are to (not be aggressive and) act in a safe manner. They are blind to the harm which they cause. Normal people refrain from doing harm because they can see the negative consequences of their actions... a psychopath sees no reason not to do that which most people would instinctively know is wrong. The psychopath is impulsive and doesn't not do what others would not do... they assume it is fine to do what are obviously crimes. They are dangerous not only because they have malign intent but more significantly because they are literally unaware of any inconsistency in their actions. They think 'crime' is normal.
