Not even communism is possible

Communism doesn't work because if everything is provided by the state we have no incentive to change our environment... we have no incentive to work which means there is nothing to tax. Only if we are poor (and there is no communism) and seek to improve our environment is it possible for taxation to be possible. Taxation requires the absence of communism but communism requires taxation... which would then be impossible. If everything is perfect (communism) there can be no perfection. If communism is good it is impossible.
