An OR can be made from an equivalence

Often when in dialogue we assert an equivalence claim... we say either A equals B or that not A equals not B. To make things more interesting and perhaps more arresting for the other person we can create an OR by simply negating one of the sides of the statement. So A equals B becomes A or not B... or perhaps it becomes not A or B. This might be more useful in a conversation.
